Recording videos is one of my hobbies as well as RC cars and classic cars. How long have you played on our server? - in total time I have played on the server about 1 day and 8 hours. What commander position are you applying for? - 18th  How should you treat those competing against you for the position you seek? - I would treat the others with respect like normal. At the same time though, I would also keep in mind my own goals and what I want to accomplish. If another 18th were to get the position rather than me I would still respect your decision and base my own actions on the new commander to see what I can improve. Can you provide a description of the character you are applying to be and the battalion he commands in your own words? - 18th is a Battalion made for long range support on missions. They use high caliber weaponry like a 80-7 to defeat and neutralize enemies from a far distance. They are basically a support team. Why should we make you a commander instead of another candidate? - If I were to be made Commander, I would make certain that the 18th Battalion supports and help defeat enemies. To you it might seem like an easy Battalion. You just stay away from fighting and help with long range support. To me it is one of the hardest Battalions. In the 18th you must be alert and ready for information and positions of friendlies, because we can so easily cause friendly fire. That is why if I were to be Commander I would INSURE there would no to minimum (1-2) [/b] [b]casualties on the field due to friendly fire. How active on the server are you? - I am active almost everyday from about 6-10 at night. (I can extend these times from 3-10) How active on our server would you be if you were made a commander? - Everyday for sure unless sick or another cause. What leadership experience do you have? - I don't have much inside of games other than in an Unturned server I was Second LT. of an army. I was also a Commander on another server. I was told I was a good and up kept character with a lot of personality and discipline. Outside of games though I was the Defense Team leader for my soccer team. People looked up to me and saw what I did and that is what got me to the Team Leader position. What is your definition of leadership? - Leadership is a characteristic and a quality that any Team Leader or Commander must have to succeed. Being a leader you need to be someone that others can look up to. If your snotty and rude no one is going to want to listen to you. If you are to leaniant and do not give enough disciple, you will fail. Having the Leadership quality, you must be well balanced between Discipline and Moral Strength. How serious should a commander be on our server? - Very serious no matter what. You are the role model for the rest of your Battalion. If you act stupid, your Battalion will too. Plane and simple. You must keep a perfect form. Make sure you aren't stepping into boundries that aren't permitted and also keep an eye on your Battalions troops so you don't look stupid for there actions. How would you punish someone in your battalion who is guilty of general FailRP, as a commander? - If a Trooper in my Battalion were to be acting inappropriate and not following rule guide lines. I would be stern and give them a warning. FailRP is not an option on this server and that is why if giving 2 warnings they will be disbanded from my Battalion. 18th needs to be respectful just like any other Battalion.   Can you provide a detailed description of how you would run your tryouts as a commander? - My tryouts would run on a 3 strike system 1. Go over formations, faces, and accuracy of the trooper (me moving side to side and the trooper shooting in one area) 3 hits = 1 strike, wrong face = 1 strike, incorrect formations = 1 strike 2. Practice with marching lines and different firing columns ( incorrect position such as not following directions and or not in parallel state) = 1 strike 3. Ask questions regarding why join the 18th, different situations, etc. 4. Practice check in (as is a problem on the server) As a commander, how would you have your soldiers act in public? - With up most dignity and respect to others not just officers and higher ups, but also pvt's and lower ranks. Without this respect, I feel that the 18th wouldn't be trusted to be worthy fighters As a commander, how would you have your soldiers act in bunks? - I would have my troops act the same way to each other as in public. We need to work together as a team to accomplish missions. How should an officer regard his or her commander? - How should everyone in a battalion, regardless of rank, regard their commander? - Saluting and showing very high respect no matter the situation. Getting along with your commander is very important as they are your team lead.[/b]

How should an officer regard his or her commander? With the same respect as any other trooper. Just because they are an office doesn't mean that they don't have to be respectful.   (From the question I didn't see)  

+1 As I said in the Discord, I feel that (for the most part) your application was good. I think that we can work on some things, for example your tryouts, but all & all it was good. More importantly, we need to have you retake English class, my friend. Those mistakes actually almost made me vomit.

Yes i agree on the tryout thing. I was in a rush to finish or otherwise i was in trouble. If i get in i plan to take a lot of time revising my tryout routine. and "egish isn t meh fist langage".

Especially since obtaining commander requires an extreme dedication of both time and effort, but your time can most definitely improve! [b]2)[/b] Your tryout could most definitely be more in-depth and unique, since it looks almost exactly the same as the default tryout for Battalions. I am not saying this is a terrible thing, I would just personally love to see 18th as a unique battalion! [b]3)[/b] A few of your answers were unclear to me, but I feel like a lot of these answers could be better clarified with even more experience! Overall a great application, and I think you would definitely shape into a fantastic 18th Commander, especially if you just keep these kinds of suggestions in mind! There's a reason that +1'd your application despite it being partially shitty: your intentions are good. You plan to make 18th good & stand out, which is what we need it to be. Also, I failed to mention that I believe, if you do wish to succeed in become a commander, you must put in more hours to the server - as I don't see you as often as I'd like to.
