[color=#c0392b][b]-1[/b][/color], I am sorry to say but I cannot see you as a commander at this time based upon this application. Don't get me wrong I think you're a great guy and funny to hang around at times, but your application lacks a lot of much needed detail. On top of that the grammatical errors within the application itself confused me at times as well.
