How active on our server would you be if you were made an officer: I would be active every other day, if not every day. I would make sure to be on for long periods of time. What is your definition of leadership: Leadership is helping others by teaching them how to help themselves and others. How serious should an officer be on our server: As serious as they would need to be. How would you punish someone in your battalion who is guilty of general FailRP, as an officer: I would give them a warning, and if disobeyed, I would have them kicked from the server. Can you provide a detailed description of how you would run your tryouts as an officer: I would have a run through of the basic positions, at a random order. Then I would do a trigger discipline test, with a maximum of 4 hits before failure. I would then chat with them to find out why they want to join, and select from there. As an officer, how would you have your soldiers act in public: at attention, and disciplined. When in public, any clones should be ready for the possibility of combat, and should respect their superiors. As an officer, how would you have your soldiers act in bunks: at ease, but within guidelines. Bunks are a great place to socialize and relax, but shouldn't be exploited. How should a trooper regard his or her officer: A trooper should regard their officer with respect. How should everyone in a battalion, regardless of rank, regard their superior officer: Everyone should regard their superiors with respect, and honor.
